Welcome to our community at NBSS. We look forward to seeing you in September, and are excited to get started on your training.
Our New Student Welcome page provides a full overview of what you need to take care of before you start at NBSS. This includes everything from attending orientation to purchasing MBTA passes. Tool kit purchasing information will be shared with you later this summer.
It is important to note that you’ll need to get to and from any project site we’re working at throughout the year. We do not provide transportation to project sites. Job sites in past years have included Canton, Haverhill, Hanover, Norwell, and Quincy with many sites not accessible by public transit. As incoming students with the goal of full time employment, it is your responsibility to have reliable transportation.
